Overview

9Line will be performing routine system updates and security patches to the SBC operating system.



Expected Service Impact

Due to load balancing and high availability, we do not anticipate any disruption to critical services during this maintenance window. Regional clusters will be upgraded one at a time, with calls automatically routed to the remaining active clusters.



Recommendations

To ensure seamless failover, please confirm your SBC configuration includes:

1. OPTION messages enabled for keepalive checks

2. Paths configured to both primary and secondary 9Line call server clusters
